Steinway Model “40” Console 42 Upright Piano in Walnut Mfg 1965 in USA w/bench. I have all or the original paperwork for it. It has been kept in a temperature controlled home it’s entire life. In spite of 9 years of piano lessons lasting from the time that I was 6 until 15, I’ve had to make peace with the idea that I’m not going to begin playing it again, and lugging a piano about is not as simple as moving a bookcase or a desk. The only flaw that I can find is the “water ring” on the upper left. I have included a photo. My recollection is the bench has been recovered as well. It could be recovered again, but is perfectly fine, though not perfect. It don’t have details about rates, etc. At this point in time though, but I’m sure it can be worked out.
