She is finally ready to down-size and sell some of her things. It is an Everett spinet style piano with a fruitwood finish and matching bench. The piano is in good working condition but of course will need to be tuned once it is moved to its’ new home. The finish is also in good condition but it could use a good once over with some furniture polish. There is one area on the wood below the keys with 3 small nicks in the edge (see up close picture), but this is really the only significant cosmetic damage. The serial number is 142150 (see picture). The piano was manufactured by the Everett company in South Haven, Michigan (see picture). The piano is approximately 37 inches tall, 58 1/2 inches long, and 25 inches deep.
