Action in good regulation, recently reconditioned. Tuning Pins are tight, Soundboard and Bridges are in good condition. Equipped with a Damp Chaser system, keeping the piano at 42% humidity at all times. Finish is Satin Ebony, a little rough around the edges. Bench included, but could use work.
