143 year old Steinway piano in better shape than most 30 year old pianos. I believe this is a model E, Style1. 46″ tall x 58″ long x 26 deep. This one will fit your smaller rooms. Nice and complete, in tune, has cover lock key and I think a tuning rod. In the picture of the rod please take note of the round spots in the wood, these appear to be repairs, nicely done. Musician friend says it is in tune and there are a couple of newer looking wood parts inside, shows maintenance on this piano was routine. Somebody told me the leg spindles may not be correct, one of them has a repair area on lower rear. There is some chipping along the bottom edge of the piano from being moved. Two keys are chipped.
