This piano dates from 1990 and is in very good condition. Charles Walter is known for quality pianos and one of the few pianos that are still built in the U. I’m downsizing and need to part with this family piano. The keys and pedals work, and the sound resonates nicely. The piano is in need of a tune-up but no repairs are required. The cherry is very rich in color. There are a few surface scratches on the lid and on the music shelf. There is a nick on top of the fall board and a superficial line/crack on the left leg. These are shown in images 6-9. The cosmetic flaws do not detract from the beauty of this piano. The piano is located on the first floor for easy moving. The piano weighs about 450 pounds.
