Check out This Beautiful Steinway Model A 6’2 Satin Ebony Grand Piano. It was Built By Steinway in 2006. It is a Truly Impressive Instrument! There may be a few small scratches, marks, cracks and dings in the finish. Please call Freehold Music Center Pianos or message for more information or pictures. The Freehold Music Pre-Owned Piano Checklist. Every piano is brought up to A-440 Concert Pitch. Pin block is tested for weakness and tuning stability. The piano harp is cleaned, inspected and checked for cracks, splitting and pitting. Piano Keys are removed, cleaned along with the key bed and are re-installed, leveled, lubricated and balanced. Sound Board checked for rattling ribs, openings, crown loss, cracks and cleaned. Strings are checked for strength, stability and replaced if warranted. The outer cabinet is cleaned, detailed and depending on instrument re conditioned. Pedals and string dampers are checked for accuracy and adjusted if needed. Hammers are inspected, reshaped or replaced if needed. Piano bridge on sound board is inspected for splitting, erosion and integrity. A piano is a mechanically complicated musical instrument with thousands of moving parts that need to be regulated and calibrated. If a pre-owned piano is not up to our standards we dispose of them. Only someone with experience tuning and repairing pianos can tell you for sure if a piano only needs to be tuned. Don’t take the risk of moving a piano into your home that should have been put out to pasture. Cabinet is in great condition. Was tuned a few times for childs lessons. Piano has only been in two homes. Bench cushion trim is coming undone, but can be resewed easily. Great for kids lessons! HEIRLOOM Kimball Upright Piano, Artist Console, Genuine Walnut -Great Condition
This is a Kimball Artist Console Upright Piano that was passed down to my wife and me by her parents. This is the piano my wife learned to play on as a child, and both of our children experimented with can’t say it was high enough quality to call it playing! But now they are grown and it’s time to help someone else’s family enjoy the experience we have. I don’t know the exact year although if you tell me how to look for that or other details I’d be happy to respond with anything we can find! But for being 40-50 years old it’s in quite good shape. There is the occasional wear mark or nick but these are modest for the age and don’t detract whatsoever from the overall appearance or sound. The original bench is paired with the piano as well. We’ve included what we think are really detailed photos but if there is anything else you want to see just ask! NOTE: I have a bad back and my wife is mighty but small : We will need to rely 100% on you to move this out of our home and to transport this. We will provide padding in our home to help you avoid any damage, which we understand we’re responsible for.
