This is a great sounding piano and our kids loved playing it. The size is perfect for most living rooms and the sound is impressive! The Steinway & Sons upright is a 1977 Model F in a walnut satin finish. We regularly have the piano professionally tuned. We upgraded to this quality of piano to allow the kids to get the true sounding of the notes as they progressed in their lessons. This is a 2-owner piano and very well cared for in excellent condition, and spent it’s life in Denver. Our kids are going to college and moving out of the house, so we want to offer it to another family that wants a great piano, fantastic tone quality and a size that fits in their home without taking up much space. We choose this size which was perfect for our living room and didn’t take up the whole room like a baby grand but gave us the Steinway tone quality and was a conversation piece because everybody knows the Steinway name. The Steinway piano is in excellent mechanical condition, and cosmetically it looks new and the exterior walnut wood is impeccable.
