Yamaha U1 is an upright piano with 88 keys and 3 pedals. It was manufactured in Japan in 2003 and has a black ebony finish. The piano has been used for only 3 years and is in excellent condition. Last tuning in March 2024. It is located at southwest area of Houston, Texas. It is 500 pounds, 48″ high, 60″ wide and 24 deep.
