Nicely kept Baldwin piano in excellent condition, good beginner piano (light action) served our daughter well while she was at home, but is no longer needed. Note: this piano is not haunted. Has always been kept against inner-wall of home. Some minor scratches on finish, and eroded varnish spot about 1.5 diameter on bench (see photos), but otherwise in good working order. Well-cared for, but will need tuning. / or best offer: we need the room! Moving the piano is buyers responsibility.
