Danemann Overstrung Piano Including Local Delivery
It has a full iron frame. It is Overstrung and Underdamped with a full keyboard of 7 Octaves. This is a good quality English made piano. It has just been serviced, regulated and tuned to concert Pitch A440 and suitable for a beginner or good pianist alike. It has a great sound, full tone on all the strings and a positive firm touch. Height 1.04 metres – 41 ½. Width 1.45 metres – 57. Depth (away from the wall at keyboard height) 60 cm – 23 ½. You are welcome to come and play this piano or have it demonstrated in South Brent, Devon. You can see it being played on Youtube here: Danemann Overstrung Piano. Yamaha Piano Spinet made in Hamamatsu, JAPAN 1964 Serial Number 320721
Among the first pianos exported to USA. Manufactured in Japan in 1964, with the Serial# 320721. Very little and very small signs of wear and tear. Vertical, not very tall, height 36. Black, high gloss finish. To me it sounds great, only that I don’t play and I’m not sure if it’s in perfect tune. I’m the second owner since 2017, but never has been played in my home. Exact age is unknown. Wood has occasional superficial marks and scuffs but overall still looks nice. None of the keys appear to be broken and all make sound. Not being musicians, we don’t know if this piano needs to be tuned, so we are assuming it does. Inside workings appear clean with no visible damage. Can be seen/inspected by appointment 7 days a week. YOU must arrange to move and haul away. Owner cannot help with moving. Piano is located in Forest Hills, Queens, NY. Balaced Sound and Feel. Serial #A113500 This Kawai model UST-12 mahogany upright piano is a powerful, top-of-the-line instrument built in the U. Its in mint condition and the sound and the touch are superb. This piano is well suited for the professional or advanced amateur pianist who doesnt have room for a grand. Played for less than two years before our daughter decided she wanted to learn guitar. Has been sitting in our living room basically as a decoration ever since.
