The outside hard cover is in rough shape and everything shows its appropriate patina and cosmetic wear for its age. The outside hard cover is torn at the binder but is still intact at binder only with string. The front and back hard cover are loose and not intact but still with book. Looks to have 198 pages still intact to binder with string also does show there appropriate patina for their age. Size of the book is 10 1/4″ x 8″ x 1.
