Kawai BS-3A Upright Piano Ebony Polish Free Local Delivery
This Kawai BS-3A upright piano is a whopping 52 in height and is finished in glowing ebony polish. One of the best uprights ever made, it will embarrass most small grand pianos. Completely built in Japan in 1991 by Kawais senior technicians, no expense was spared during its construction. Lean into it and it is loud and powerful as a cannon shot, back off and it sings with an angel’s gossamer wings. This is the upright for someone who wants the richness and volume of a grand piano but just doesn’t have the room for one. Just back from our shop where it received a full action regulation, voicing and tuning job, our tuners couldnt seem to be able to stop themselves from playing it, it really is that nice. Includes a Kawai adjustable artist bench in as new condition. The ebony polish finish has been rubbed out by hand and has nary a mark on it. Very rare and hard to find in this condition, it is one big, bad tone monster. NOT for the faint of heart! Also known as a Professional Upright, the Yamaha model P2F studio upright piano is one of Yamahas most popular models due to its compact size and affordability. The original bench, with music storage, sheet music, and practice books, is included along with a burgundy piano key cover. This piano was manufactured in 1977 in Japan. It has modest wear for its age and is in overall great shape. This Satin American Walnut piano will look beautiful in any home. It is equipped with the middle practice pedal that lowers a piece of heavy felt between the hammers and strings in order to mute the volume for quiet playing. Seeburg music box upright piano coin-op 3-door stained glass complete working
Dimensions: 55″ height X 37″ width X 24 depth. A complete Seeburg Model “K”? Coin-operated piano with THREE doors — two left and right side-swing blind doors bottom 2/3rds, and one drop-down hinged stained glass door above. Original Seeburg company brass nameplate. Machine interior appears to contain all original mechanism and parts. Should be “gone through” for best operation, including the power cord, which appears to be original but brittle/cracked/frayed and should be replaced. The cabinet is in very good condition, with a few scuffs visible in photos; possibly has been refinished, but long ago, if so. Original motor and drive, piano, coin mechanism. Machine does play, but not as smoothly as it should. Included is a box of 10 extra rolls in their original boxes. The dancing people in the front glass appear to be OLD decalcomania, applied to the inside of the clear glass panels. The old brass sign “PIANO” was apparently added, as likely were the dancing people images (find no reference showing those particular types of dancers’ decoration). NOTE: We are looking to place this Seeburg coin-op machine in the hands of someone who will enjoy it. Please communicate your interest so that we can accomplish putting this great old machine in a good home.
