This is a Chappell Traditional style Iron Frame, Overstrung and under damped Piano with a keyboard of 7 octaves , dating to the 1920’s. This is a well respected English piano make dating to the 1920’s. This particular piano has been the subject of a professional restoration a few years ago and will work fine for many years with just the occasional tuning. The case is made of Solid Oak, clean but a few light marks on the top lid. This is a good example of a good quality English made piano. We can provide a WhatsApp video if you find us via the old fashioned’blower. It has just been serviced, regulated, voiced and tuned to concert Pitch (A440) and suitable for a beginner to do a few grades with. It has a f ull tone on all the strings and a positive firm touch. Height 1.30 metres – 51. Width 1.50 metres – 59. Depth (away from the wall at keyboard height) 58 cm – 23. You are welcome to come and play this piano or have it demonstrated in South Brent, Devon.
