We have for sale a 1883 Steinway and Sons Model G upright Piano and bench Steinway has provided the following information for this piano. Bullock of Jackson, Michigan, to be forwarded to a customer in Grand Rapids, Michigan, on April 27, 1883. Its a great looking piano that we suspect was restored in the mid 1960’s. The piano has a great acoustical sound with a colorful tone as you would expect from a Steinway. We were having the piano tuned but as many of the strings are old they were breaking in the upper octaves. At least the upper octaves should be completely re-stringed.
