Cable Upright Piano, manufactured approximately 1973 or 1974, based on serial number search. Music stand has been repaired a couple times (see pics). Middle octaves tuned in 2018; my ear is not trained for the extreme ends. Action removed in 2018 and all dust vacuumed out, felts in good shape. No sticky keys; hammers make good contact. No significant scratches on finish. Includes bench with storage. It’s on the first floor, but there are 2 steps inside and 2 steps outside.
