The instrument has been well maintained in a humidity controlled setting and professionally tuned at least every 18 months. The serial number is 1292330 made between 1970-74 according to researched data sources. The overall condition of the piano is excellent; no scratches, dents, stains or UV fading. The wood of both pieces is thought to be a light walnut. There are repaired lamination issues on the underside of the lift bench seat as shown in the pics. Styled in a French Provincial motif meshes well with practically any home decor. This is a balanced medium tone instrument that gets compliments from all that play and tune this piece. Upon closer inspection there are no checks or cracks in the solid wood sound board. The tuning pins are full and tight without issues reported by the tuner.
