Very solid and heavy The serial number 1053636 dates this piano to manufactured in Hamamatsu, Japan 1970 The music stand appears to float The open grill in the front allows for great sound. I want to describe accurately. There is some veneer missing on the sides. And the left leg is loose. Some holes in the front open grill cover. There are the beginnings of a hairline cracks in the soundboard. See pictures Sorry no bench.
Hobart M. Cable Spinet Piano Walnut Satin Finish Antique
I currently have a piano that was passed down to me from my grandparents – a Hobart M. Cable Spinet piano with a Satin Walnut finish. Cable brand has since been discontinued, making this an antique and a bit on the rarer side since there are less in circulation. The piano is in my storage unit where it’s been for the last three months, sitting there until I figure out what to do with it. Sadly my partner and I don’t have space for it in our apartment. It’s not light, and would require piano movers to move it ideally. The piano itself has 0 detectable flaws mechanically, and cosmetically has just a couple of’dings’, but is in otherwise very good shape. It’s in good condition, and I believe has only ever been in my family. The tuning is also good right now, and my storage unit facility is air conditioned, so I’m not concerned about the tuning warping!

Vintage UpRight Baldwin Acrosonic Spinet Piano Circa 1946
It breaks my heart to get rid of my baby but I’m moving between apartments and paying for the professional movers isn’t feasible. I’m a piano teacher so I do know my way around pianos and would be be happy to answer any questions about my precious Acrosonic. It does have some wear and tear from previous owners on the outside, and the felts aren’t in perfect condition but still work well for the time being and should last another good 5-10 years. The video demonstrates a chromatic scale so you can hear that the piano is still in tune and has a gorgeous full sound. Comes with the bench. Moving is not included but I can get you in touch with some great, competitively-priced movers that I’ve used multiple times now.
