The total floor space allowance needed to fit piano should be about 5′ wide by 5′ deep, which includes room for bench. Piano is in excellent condition. Kept in house at room temperature in Connecticut. Was last tuned May 2017. Prior to that was tuned regularly twice each year according to the climate change. Currently Needs tuning and polishing. Piano was moved by a piano moving company twice: from Greenwich, CT in 2014 to Stratford, CT and to Norwalk, CT in August 2016 its current location. It was previously owned by a musician who gave private lessons. It is great, ideal and perfect size for youth beginners learning to play. This Piano needs a new, loving and caring Home. Piano is 33 1/2″ tall in front & 37 1/2″ tall in back. Bench has 4 post legs. There are 88 piano keys… 52 white, 36 black. There are 3 antique brass foot pedals. I used to play this when I was younger, but very very rarely over the last several years. Time for someone else to enjoy. Normal wear from normal usage. Piano bench has one leg chewed by one of my puppies many years ago (see photo).
