It needs to be tuned and refurbished. Does not have a bench. Please understand that this piece is over 60 years old. It has had a lot of loving use over the years, but then wasn’t used for many years as well. The damage is consistent with age. It is made with high quality workmanship and is heavy. With a little loving care and refurbishment, it would be a great instrument to add to your home. Be aware that this company made piano’s in the 1950’s and 1960’s that were made of “printed” wood and not real wood. The wood grain was printed on. This piano is made of “real” wood. Many Jaymar piano’s made in the late 1950’s & 1960’s only had 25 keys. Made by JAYMAR of New York. Upright Children’s Piano. 30 keys (18 white keys and 12 black keys).
