My Mom bought this piano (Serial # T212624) new in 1996, and it was recently given to our son who unfortunately is not interested in learning the piano. It is in great condition, always in a smoke-free environment. Made in USA, in Thomaston, Georgia. I suggest you come play it & inspect it to see if it is right for you. I’ve read that one has to tune a piano after moving it to a new location, so I imagine you can plan on doing that at your expense once you have moved it. Pick-up is from the ground level at our house, easily roll-able onto the driveway with no steps involved. The piano has wheels for easy rolling – a nice feature of this Yamaha P22 model.
