This piano was professionally refurbished in Japan to an exceptionally high standard, with action work, hammer shaping, string cleaning, and cabinet detailing all handled by a top-tier facility in Hamamatsu. This level of care is part of why we source directly from Japan-it sets a strong foundation. Once the piano arrives in Seattle, we take that work a step further. Every piano is inspected, regulated, and voiced in our shop to bring it to the highest standard possible. This final stage ensures a consistent, expressive touch and a balanced tone that performs beautifully across all registers. From there, the final leg of the move-from the warehouse to your home-is handled by your local piano mover. We coordinate everything and provide regular updates throughout the process.
