Rare Brodr Jorgensen Mid Century Modern Danish Piano teak baldwin acrosonic
Gorgeous and Rare Mid-Century Modern teak piano by Brødr Jørgensen, circa 1960s, from Copenhagen, Denmark. Jorgensen pianos remain highly sought after because of their sound and beautiful Mid-Century Modern aesthetics. Since a limited number of them were imported into the US, they are quite rare today. This piano is in excellent vintage condition, with minor wear consistent with age. All keys are in clean, working condition and piano sounds great. Under the cover, condition is excellent as well. Included is a piano bench with blue fabric. Piano will need a regular tuning, as with all pianos after they are moved. Jorgensen had a unique honor for the right to use the name “By appointment of the Royal Danish Court” in all it’s business operations. Jorgensen pieces were built with very high quality and excellent craftsmanship. Dimensions – L: 51″ x W: 21″ x H: 36. The piano is located in NY 11235. Rare Mid Century Modern Baldwin Acrosonic Piano with matching bench
Rare 1960s Mid-Century Modern spinet piano by Baldwin. This is a limited production piano made only in the mid 60s. The refreshing originality of Scandinavian design spices this modern style. Front of the piano are finished with the original distinctive decorator panels of natural woven cane. Height 36″ Width 60″ Depth 26.5 Style 947. The original sales catalog, showing all piano’s available from Baldwin at the time, is included, although the paper catalog has water damage. This piano has only been in a non-smoking home. I have all the original paperwork. It also has the original flip down music stand and the bench finished in a white leather or leather like material. Cosmetic Condition: Overall the piano is in very good condition. There are no missing or chipped keys. The caning is in great condition with some slight color variation. Mechanical Condition: My siblings played and have both passed away. I never played the piano so I did not regularly tune the piano… Only occasionally in the last 25 years. I think the piano sounds very good. The soundboard appears to be in very good condition. Located in Marion, IA 52302 (Cedar Rapids, IA). Rare Vintage 1947 Celesta Celeste Piano Simone
Vintage Celesta Piano marked 1947 believed to possibly be a Simone based on research, has no name or plate on it. That would most likely make it a 4 Octave. It looks to have been restored. In working condition, makes a beautiful sound. See pictures and feel free to offer information if you are more familiar with this or ask questions and I will attempt to answer them. It measures 36 inches tall, 33 inches across and 16.5 in width. There is a foot pedal. This is a rare and amazing instrument and great for any music lover.
