Good condition but probably needs tuning, all keys working. Date of manufacture uncertain but probably 1970’s. Piano only is 59″ wide, 24″ deep, 42″ high, bench sticks out 6″ in front when tucked in, so 30 deep overall. Current location is convenient to a transport point with no significant impediments. Transport point is about 40 feet away from piano location, flat floor for 20 feet (piano is on wheels), doorway and three steps down (about 10 feet with a two-foot drop), and then 10 feet on a paver driveway, so might need something smooth to roll it on. Estimated weight 300 to 400 lbs.
