It is in excellent shape. With only a few minor scuffs. I had to remove the plastic around the base of the piano in order to take pictures. This piano was manufactured in the year 2018. Also the last picture will show its value when new.

Kawai piano manufactured in the USA. Thus the model # US 50. In excellent like new condition and always kept in a climate controlled home. Professionally and adult played only. Was never used for teaching or by children. Always played by owner only. Kept in perfect condition with no scratches or wear and tear. Measures 52 inches tall by 60 inches wide by 26 inches deep. Millers are Classic American pianos built in Boston continuously since 1863. It has not been tuned recently, otherwise in excellent condition. Piano plays beautifully and is in very good condition, but we no longer have the space for it.
