Chickering 5′ Cabinet Grand Upright serial #84192 (1894) in very good playing and operational condition for its age. A rare vintage one of a kind cabinet with unique music deck that would also make an excellent restoration project. Newer bridle strap’s as well as the key tops (whites only) were replaced several years ago with plastic tops. All original ebonies that have been refurbished several years ago in very good condition. The hammers and action parts are in very good condition for the particular age of this instrument. Unique steel damper heads which would make easy restoration of the damper system. Piano had been cleaned and pitched to A440 recently. The Pin block is in very good condition and has a very good torque retention factor. Vintage Lester Betsy Ross 3-pedal Spinet Piano with bench
For sale is a Lester Betsy Ross Spinet Piano with bench. The piano is in very good condition with all of the plastic action arms having been replaced several years ago by new wood ones. The bench is in good condition – has a couple of scratches on top; could used refinishing or the additional of an upholstered seat (view last 2 photos). Not sure exactly how old the piano is but it has been in the same family since the early 1950’s and was well-cared for and in a home with no pets. Piano does need to come up 1 flight of straight stairs and then it is very close to the front door/driveway to be easily loaded on to a vehicle.
