1891 Hazelton Brothers, New York Upright Piano 18168
1891 Hazelton Brothers, New York Upright Piano 18168. It is in very good condition, with just a few surface chips on the top. It has not been played for a while, and needs to be tuned. In 1840 Henry and Fredrick established F & H Hazelton, renaming it Hazelton Brothers when their brother John joined the firm. They built a large selection of square grand pianos, uprights, and baby grands during the 19th Century. After 1880 they decreased production of square grand pianos, adding several lines of higher end player pianos and reproducing grand player pianos. Vose and Sons Antique Upright Grand
This piano has been in a very clean antique collectors home for 45+ years and rarely even moved away from the wall. The sound is clean, clear and beautiful. The original bench had to be replaced and the current bench is included, but not as decorative as the original was. Overall very nice condition, just usual ware, or less, on a 1926 antique piano. 4510 Steinway Sheraton Upright Piano
I have a 4510 Steinway Sheraton Upright Piano that was built in 1968 (serial number 410850) It is 45 -3/4 tall and 58- 3/8” in length. It was owned by my parents for the entire duration of its existence from about 1970. It was their baby and they took good care of it. It was maintained by professionals on a regular basis. It has never been restored and has all of the original parts as far as we know. This piano we have is no longer made and is very high in quality. It also has an accelerated action hex grip pin block diaphragmatic soundboard. Unlike other manufacturers that mass-produce their uprights, STEINWAY & SONS uprights are handcrafted in the same factory as our grand pianos, using the same techniques, conditioning processes, and craftsmen.
