Cable upright piano, serial #405172 circa 1965. Was in a Whittier probate house I bought 3 years ago. The son said his mom had bought it new about 50 years ago but never played. This is a nice Murdoch. It is a Traditional, straight strung iron framed piano with a full keyboard of 7 Octaves. Unusually a nice compact size for a full keyboard piano. This piano is in really good original condition having been in the same house for many years and not used much. There are a few minor marks on the casework but it still has a nice shine. This Piano and has been the subject to a recent thorough Service. It has been regulated and tuned to concert Pitch A440 – All the notes, pedals etc. Work as they should and have been checked and adjusted. This piano is perfect for a beginner or even someone that plays already. It has a great sound, full tone on all the strings and a light touch. 1.22 metres – 48. Width 1.42 metres – 55. Depth (away from the wall at keyboard height) 61 cm – 24. You are welcome to come and play this piano or have it demonstrated in South Brent, South Devon. The piano will be installed exactly where you wish and demonstrated. Technical advice on all aspects of pianos is available.
