Rare Mid Century Modern Baldwin Acrosonic Piano with matching bench
Rare 1960s Mid-Century Modern spinet piano by Baldwin. This is a limited production piano made only in the mid 60s. The refreshing originality of Scandinavian design spices this modern style. Front of the piano are finished with the original distinctive decorator panels of natural woven cane. Height 36″ Width 60″ Depth 26.5 Style 947. The original sales catalog, showing all piano’s available from Baldwin at the time, is included, although the paper catalog has water damage. This piano has only been in a non-smoking home. I have all the original paperwork. It also has the original flip down music stand and the bench finished in a white leather or leather like material. Cosmetic Condition: Overall the piano is in very good condition. There are no missing or chipped keys. The caning is in great condition with some slight color variation. Mechanical Condition: My siblings played and have both passed away. I never played the piano so I did not regularly tune the piano… Only occasionally in the last 25 years. Rare Vintage 1947 Celesta Celeste Piano Simone
Vintage Celesta Piano marked 1947 believed to possibly be a Simone based on research, has no name or plate on it. That would most likely make it a 4 Octave. It looks to have been restored. For sale is a rare vintage Yamaha CP-60M Acoustic and Electric Piano, truly a rare find! This was the same model preferred and used in studio and live by legends such as Peter Gabriel, U2, ABBA, Simple Minds, and Genesis! First unveiled in 1984, This piano has a classic sound that you can’t get with modern piano’s or synths! The CP-60M is the ultimate stage piano. An electrified REAL double voiced upright piano with full electric eq with midi and vibrato. The midi really makes this instrument shine. With any midi brain you can turn this organic instrument into anything you can dream up. Synths, organs, voices, triggers, etc. All at the touch of a hammer-weighted piano This piano has 76 keys and is missing the power adapter, which can be tracked down easily, no power adapter means we haven’t tested it with power, comes with a printed out manual. It has scratches across the top but that wear is to be expected. Some of the keys can use a good cleaning and a good tuning would not be such a bad idea, also needs some new wheels as the left side wheels are not present, it has one built in pedal that sustains the sound that doesn’t lock in correctly, missing small panel on keyboard side. All wear on this item is pictured so please examine the pictures and don’t be afraid to ask questions about this amazing item. This piano measures 50 1/2 inches long, 37 inches tall, and 24 inches wide. More pictures sent upon request.
