Vintage Rare 1895 Emerson Upright Grand Piano Beautiful Original Condition
VINTAGE RARE Circa 1895 EMERSON UPRIGHT GRAND PIANO in beautiful original condition. Been in our family for about 30 years. Finish is great with that aged dark patina that only time can accomplish. Lions foot legs are very distinctive and all of the wood detailing is very nice and complete. Sound quality is good but probably will need servicing and tuning after its been moved. Perfect finishing touch for that period correct Victorian home or turn of the century display. Dimensions 66 Long, 29 Deep, 52High. Will take in consideration moving and tuning /servicing when determining final price. Please look at all the pictures closely and ask questions. Kawai Princess Piano – RARE and in EXCELLENT CONDITION
The rare Kawai Princess Piano upright piano is a great-sounding miniature grand piano with a 22-inch keyboard. It’s a real strung piano with a soundboard and a unique look, and is also the ONLY miniature single-string piano I know of that has a sustain pedal. It sounds better than any other miniature piano I have ever played. This isn’t a toy piano and doesn’t sound like one. It sounds like a real piano with excellent timbre, such that every single person who sees and then hears it experiences a moment of disbelief. I’ve had it tuned yearly. This is one of the most fun and portable strung acoustic pianos for gigging and studio use. It weighs 80 lbs. Dimensions are 27″ L x 17″ W x 32 H. According to Kawai, the miniature piano’s unique cabinet design and action was designed by Koichi Kawai, the company’s founder. They made only about one hundred of these a month for one year.
