Lester Upright Grand Piano with Bench – Walnut Finish. Ivory keys – all intact (no broken keys). All strings are either new or in very good condition. Comes with two-seater bench with storage compartment. Overall in tune (hasn’t been played much since the early’90s). Kept in living room in climate-controlled conditions for 45 years. Hobart M. Cable Spinet Piano Walnut Satin Finish Antique
I currently have a piano that was passed down to me from my grandparents – a Hobart M. Cable Spinet piano with a Satin Walnut finish. Cable brand has since been discontinued, making this an antique and a bit on the rarer side since there are less in circulation. The piano is in my storage unit where it’s been for the last three months, sitting there until I figure out what to do with it. Sadly my partner and I don’t have space for it in our apartment. It’s not light, and would require piano movers to move it ideally. The piano itself has 0 detectable flaws mechanically, and cosmetically has just a couple of’dings’, but is in otherwise very good shape. It’s in good condition, and I believe has only ever been in my family. The tuning is also good right now, and my storage unit facility is air conditioned, so I’m not concerned about the tuning warping!
